Chris, is a professional bike mechanic whose been working in bike shops since he was 14 years old. Through out his 20 + year career he has done race support for the women's DNA road cycling team, he's worked at Competitive Cyclist and many small bike shops. 

 

Chris started Goodday bikes after completing the Master Frame Building Course from the BCI school in Asheville Oregon in 2011. In the early years he just built bikes for himself and his friends in Salt Lake City. In 2019 Chris and Arly started Goodday  Bikes + Curiosity Bags with a kickstarter campaign and a vision to make deep custom touring and bikepacking rigs with integrated bag systems. In 2020 amidst the pandemic they opened the "Goodday Bikeworks" store front and studio in Gunnison, Colorado, where Arly is from.
